Gummy line 1 is designed based on a traditional starch-mold system,
enabling the production of gummies in a wide variety of shapes
and textures. It uses center-filling and aeration technologies
to create gummies with complex forms.

Ingredient Blending
- Dissolving and concentrating sugars, gelatin
  (or pectin) and other ingredients.

Starch Stamping
- Forming gummy shapes in starch molds.
- Depositing blended gummy mixture into stamped molds using a depositor.

Curing
- Curing under consistent environment.
- Curing times by product.

Demolding
- Demolding gummies from starch molds.
- Applying oil or powder for removing gummies from molds.

Sorting Semi-Finished Products
- Transferring semi-finished gummies to the packaging room.
- Sorting semi-finished products and metal detection screening.

- Rotary (pouch) packaging machine.
- Vertical (three-side-seal) packaging machine.
